and you want to make a great first impression with your home.

with your real estate professional and lender. For legitimate requests provide the
requested information as completely and quickly as possible. Delaying providing key
information can jeopardize the transaction. Be on time!
- Be patient and realistic! Selling your home can be a frustrating and stressful process. You
have to basically wait for the buyer to come to you. This is why it is important to have a
real estate professional with a good marketing background - getting potential buyers
to your home is key. People do not buy what they don't see!
